TRAINING OF SPECIALISTS FOR PRIMARY HEALTH CARE INSTITUTIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF MODERNIZATION OF MEDICAL EDUCATION

Objective:
Summarizing the 22-year work experience of the Department of Family Medicine No. 1 of the State State Medical University named after Abuali ibni Sino and analyzing the implemented innovative technologies in the learning process for students of the Faculty of Medicine (MF) in the specialty "family medicine" for this period.
Methods:
A survey of 5th and 6th year students of the MF, foreign bachelors, clinical residents, interns and masters (450 people in total) was conducted at the Department of Family Medicine No. 1 MF for 2016-2021, according to specially designed questionnaires, during and after training. An analytical review of the implemented innovative technologies in the learning process at the Department of Family Medicine No. 1 for 1999-2021
was also conducted.
Results:
The introduction of innovative teaching methods at the Department of Family
Medicine No. 1 of the State Medical University named after Abuali ibni Sino since 1999 has
made it possible to increase the visibility of learning, improved the assimilation of acquired
knowledge. The results of the survey of 5th, 6th year students, foreign bachelors, clinical interns and masters of the MF showed that after the introduction of innovative teaching methods, interest in the educational process increased by 85.6%. In 2003, the department introduced an innovative method for assessing the theoretical, practical and communicative skills of
students – OCE. The results of the survey showed that students are more committed to this
assessment method (65%). Since 2001, the department has trained more than 80 clinical residents, interns, and masters. The result of the conducted monitoring survey of our graduate
practitioners showed that 98% worked at the place of referral. 95% of them fully coped with
their duties and 80% were satisfied with their profession. The heads of the institutions noted
that there are positive reviews from the public about the work of our graduates. Currently,
they are working fruitfully in the Republic of Tajikistan and abroad.
Conclusion:
The accumulated experience of the Department of Family Medicine No. 1
shows that the use of modern innovations.
